FreenetTray app crashes on Mac OS X
If you are seeing the FreenetTray app crash or fail to start on OS X, first follow the instructions in Update FreenetTray on Mac OS X to ensure you have the newest version available.
If that does not fix the problem, follow these steps:
Type the key combo ⌘-space (command-space) to open Spotlight
Type "Terminal" and press enter or double click it:
- In terminal, run "defaults delete org.freenetproject.mactray" twice, or until you see a "not found" message:
- Start FreenetTray.app again
If this does not fix the issue, please open a support ticket.
